I suggest you download a copy of AdapterTool and run it against the
device(s) you are experiencing the problem with. Paste the output to the
list, and we can work on it.

Subject: [Users] Cisco CatOS
I am having difficulties getting my CatOS switches into ZipTie. When I
try to back them up the backup runs and then looks like it completes but
it is not backing them up. I ma not getting any errors, it just doesn't
work. When I change the type to IOS, it fails which is to be expected
but I did that to confirm communication. Is there a debug that I can
run while attempting a backup to see where it is failing?
