Interesting find.
When you get a chance, do this:
1. Locate the 'ZipTie Server' installation directory, and within that drill into the 'adapters\ziptie.adapters.juniper.junos_2008.4.0.v200804291807\scripts\ZipTie\Adapters\Juniper' directory
2. Open the 'JUNOS.metadata.xml' file with an editor
3. Do a search for this line '</operationConstraints>', it should be line 24. Make a new line ABOVE that, and paste this in:
<operation name="commands">
<supportedProtocolSet>Telnet</supportedProtocolSet>
<supportedProtocolSet>SSH</supportedProtocolSet>
</operation>
4. Save and exit the file, then restart the ZipTie service and try the commands again once the server is available.
Cheers,
-Z

Subject: [Users] Run Command Error in Windows
Hi,
It has been two weeks i install Ziptie for windows. I manage to
understand it, and basic function is working fine.
However i have a little difficulty when try the "Run Commands"
Function. I have 3 kinds of devices. Juniper Router,
Juniper Netscreen and Extreme Switch. The "Run Commands" is working
fine for the Netscreen and Extreme
Switch. But it fails for the Juniper Router with the following error:
java.lang.RuntimeException: Protocol set not available for device
--ip-delted-- at Default
at org.ziptie.provider.tools.CommandSetTask.createConnectionPath(CommandSetTask.java:138)
at org.ziptie.provider.tools.CommandSetTask.execute(CommandSetTask.java:104)
at org.ziptie.server.dispatcher.Operation.execute(Operation.java:100)
at org.ziptie.server.dispatcher.OperationExecutor$JobThread.runJob(OperationExecutor.java:684)
at org.ziptie.server.dispatcher.OperationExecutor$JobThread.run(OperationExecutor.java:561)
The Router and The Switches will use the same user and password and
snmp community, so i just put Default in both Protocols
and Credential. The Firewall will use different user and password so i
create one for it.
I have tried to search the archive and forum but couldn't find it.
Hope i'll found it here.
Regards,
Abu Hamzah
