[Users] nipper integration into 2007.12

Hi Brian,

I updated the info in the Wiki page (http://wiki.ziptie.org/bin/view/Documentation/NipperIntegration)
for 2007.12

I have modified the download to be more simpler. It is just one zip file that you need to unzip into
your ZipTie client's installation folder (e.g c:\ziptie-client\).

Try it out and let me know if you run into any issues.

I looked over the nipper/zipper info and it states it is for 2007.09b only.  Are there plans to support this in 2007.12?  What would happen if I tried to install this in 2007.12?
