Brian,

It is possible to change configuration parameters.  If you select a device or set of devices in the "Devices" view, you can right-click and select "New Job -> Command Runner".  Give the Command Runner job a name, a group, and optional comment.  The name and group are arbitrary and are for your own organizational purposes.  Once you've done that a "Job Editor" will appear.  You can enter a set of commands (one per line) to be executed against the selected devices.  Don't worry about necessarily selecting all of the correct devices when you perform the right-click action above, you can edit the list of devices in the job editor.  You can use the job editor to schedule the job to run, or you can go to the "Jobs" view (one of the tabs next to the "Devices" view tab) and right-click on the job you've created and select "Run Now" to execute it immediately.

When you run the job a results editor should open showing you the interactions with the device(s).  You can also open the results from the "Job History" view.
