[Users] Your forums does not accept new registrations

Do we know whether we have a fix for this issue after the

Ziptie,

I am not able to join the forums.  I put in the information and click and the page refreshes with the info I entered.  The registration does not complete.  Now when I go to the forum site, there is no option to register.  Please investigate.
