Ok, try this.

A jailer has a keyfob, on that fob he has many keyrings, on the keyrings he has many keys.

So it'd mean we leave the Cisco term of key-chain but I think keyring works better - and as each key has an order ID, the 'chain' concept is preserved.

Don't the key boxes that valet use have a name.  A jailer may have a set of keys, but normally it is on only one keychain.  The key (pun intended) is refer to a set of keychains.
