If users are already required to get modules from CPAN or PPM I would prefer that they get this module from there too.  This would ensure that they always get the latest version.  I don't think we should ship any perl module with the server that can be retrieved off of CPAN and PPM.

I think the correct thing to do would be to add ZipTie::Client to the required perl module list.
