[Dev] Authentication

I'll do it, I was thinking about the SecurityProvider (currently non-existent) today.  That bites about Basic Authentication tho.

can't use basic authentication from an html client.  In either case it
works if you are okay with using the browser's login dialog.

Given this it looks like we will need another login mechanism to
support authentication from browser based apps.  I know we have some
mechanism specifically for this purpose in the commercial product and
I assume we can do something similar for ZipTie.

Thoughts?  Will you do this, or do you want me to do it?
