[Dev] tools and how to categorize them in the UI

Brett and Leo,

Here are some tools I would like in 2008.04b.

 *   port enable/disable
 *   snmp community string add/delete
 *   port vlan assignment
 *   display filters/ACLs in a table
 *   display vlans in a table

So you see some are read-only tools and some are write tools.  The list is getting long, is it time to categorize?
