[Dev] Flex Client and New Project

The flex client is now checked in and available.

You will need to check out the project: org.ziptie.flex

There should be nothing else you need to do for the build to continue  
to work.  The client will be built as part of the server.dist.  This  
adds a few seconds to the clean dist, but there is zero additional  
cost on an incremental build.

To take advantage of the wonderful client hit /flex on your server  
(eg: https://localhost:8080/flex ).

There are no guarantees with anything in the client now.  In fact  
pressing some buttons might do things other than they are labeled to do.

If anyone has any build problems please let me know.
