[Dev] Tool Plugins Help Property

Brett,

Leo and I were talking about adding a help property to each Tool Plugin to satisfy this bug: http://bugs.ziptie.org/show_bug.cgi?id=900.  We would display this help text upon selection of a tool.  For those tools that require input, this text would display to the left of the input dialog.

Leo expressed some interest in optionally making the help property point to an HTML file for those cases where you want nicely formatted help.

Thoughts on this?
