[Dev] Tool plugin controls

I've checked in a tool properties file (in org.ziptie.tools.scripts) called test.properties that contains a full array of input types available and shows all of the various options available for each.  Documentation will be coming soon, but it's pretty need to see the array of controls at your disposal now.

The test.properties file has "script.enabled=false" so it doesn't show up in the UI, but if you edit the file and change it to "script.enabled=true" and bounce your server and client, a tool will show up called "Control test".  Running this tool will open a dialog with all of the various controls.

RFE are welcome.  I already have a few in the queue, such as validation regex for the string input type.  And I know a radio button group control is missing from the control set.
