[Dev] zipforge adapters and their dependencies

There are some bugs that have been closed out so these adapters should be posted ASAP.

I'm going to setup the org.ziptie.adapters bundle like Leo suggested, load it to the forge and make all adapter bundles dependent on it.

Do we need to upload them right now ?

If we can upload them after 2008.4 is released, and change
the required ZipTie version, we should be fine, right ?

Unless there is some compelling reason for us to upload
the adapters immediately, I would suggest that we hold off
till we release 2008.04.

About half of the adapters in the head use a new method on the ZipTie::Adapters::Utils from the org.ziptie.adapters bundle.  So if I put them in ZipForge they won't work for 2007.12 users.  Thoughts on how to handle this dependency in the forge?
