[Dev] howto add a new Java tool to ZipTie

Hello all,

At present, I'm trying to evaluate how easy or difficult is to add a 
Java tool to ZipTie. I have found instructions about how to add a 
scripted tool but no information about how to create a Java tool. The 
documentation also mentions the ZipTie Java Tool Framework (JTF) but I 
didn't find any information about this framework.

Do you know where can I find instructions about how to create and add a 
Java tool to ZipTie?
