Are we getting rid of www.ziptie.org/zenter.php <http://www.ziptie.org/zenter.php><http://www.ziptie.org/zenter.php>  in favor of the zipforge?  If zenter is going to stay around then we should probably put it on the new web server with the same look and feel.
