[Dev] Screencasts

I think we need to promote our video screencasts more prominently on the front page of the ZipForge.  Users visiting to download content may be curious enough about how do I create on of these to take a look.  We should take a page from Ruby on Rails who promote their screencasts on their front page to bring in new converts!

I think they should be right under the "Welcome to the ZipForge" and above the screenshot of the tool.  We could create thumbnails of the videos or just some big icons for the "How to create and adapter" and "How to create a tool" (and soon maybe "How to create a report").

Just my thoughts.
