[Dev] Littlebayer: New IP resolvers

Leo,

Can you do me a favor?  I created two new IP resolution scheme resolvers that are handy for reports, but also other tools (it'll check off one enhancement request).  One resolver takes a tag search expression and the other just resolves to all devices.  It would be cool if on the job editor page (for backup, tools, and command runner) for device selection the user could select between "Specified devices", "Tag search", and "All".  Can you put this is?  I definitely need it for reporting.
