[Dev] READ: Big check-in

When somebody reads the above referenced email and actually performs the full update and build, can you ACK back to the list here that all is still right with the world?  While the build succeeded, and I can run without error, there were so many changes that I want to know from someone else that:


 1.  The server starts without incident
 2.  The right-click behavior on devices in the client successfully yields a list of tools under the Tools submenu...
