[Dev] MySQL support

Is this something we are going to advertise for Hubble.  I don't recall if this is one of the new features for Hubble.  Should we be testing this?

Experimental MySQL support is now enabled.  How experimental?  My server started.  That's all I know.

>From your dev environment you can run:

ant -Ddatabase=mysql dbreset

And happy things should happen.  Requires mysql command in your path.  Requires that you run mysql manually first (one time) and run the 'create database ziptie' command.
