[Dev] ZipTie is SNMP v3 Ready

SNMP version 3 support is ready to test.  If you'd like to help out by testing it out you can pull the nightly build: http://ziptie.org/builds/latest/

It supports all standard authentication protocols (MD5, SHA) and encryption algorithms (DES, AES).  To enable version 3 simply set the version in the protocol management section:

And then fill out the necessary credentials.
