[Dev] STOMP access from flex

Brett,

I'm having difficulties getting Flex to access port 61813.  The most  
likely has to do with the way the security sandbox in flex works.   
Given that you had intended to make STOMP share the same port with  
jetty, this might be a non issue.   Are you planning on making this  
transition?  If so then that means I shouldn't waste my time trying to  
fix a problem that we won't need solved.  If you can't get STOMP  
running on 8080 then I will have to investigate further.

In either case... events won't work in flex until the problem is  
resolved so don't be surprised if you don't get discovery progress, or  
if jobs don't seem to finish.

And if you were wondering, events have been working for my because I'm  
running the app from the flash player and with the server's security  
disabled.
