[Dev] Build issues

Ok peeps, I know we've all encountered issues with Eclipse over the last few months ... and errors or warnings about Access Restrictions on classes, or packages not being resolved ... but unfortunately I don't have any good news on this front. We'll maybe it's good news...

Here's the news I have. On Windows, with a reasonably fresh install of Eclipse 3.3.2, a full clean extract of the ZipTie source, pointing at the ZipTie Target Platform, with all bundles except org.eclipse.osgi (3.2.2) selected (i.e. using org.eclipse.osgi 3.3.1), after a full command-line build, re-sync of Eclipse, and clean build in Eclipse - I get no errors.

By 'jiggling' my Mac laptop, I can also get to a state of no errors. I.e. If I change something in the Target Platform selection, and then change it back, everything builds clean and stays clean until I exit Eclipse. So I never exit Eclipse. I've probably had the same Eclipse instance up (before this experiment) for nearly a month.

Anyway, before we start messing with project files, or Access Restriction definitions, or anything else, let's make sure it's really our problem and not Eclipse's.
