[Dev] cvs projects to be deleted

Any project that has ever been checked out as part of a release can  
not be deleted from CVS, as that would break that particular release.   
If any of these projects have never been part of a release I can  
delete them for you, but I want to be sure that deleting them can't  
break anything.
