Developers,

Let's shoot for February 6th to release a 2007.12b.  We have 29 open bugs so I'd like to get them all closed by January 30th to give Danillo enough time for testing.  That should be plenty of time for everyone to get their bugs closed out and make some meaningful doc updates as well.
