[Dev] User Guide

I'd like to urge ppl to complete some of the User Guide updates that were on the schedule.  I know we've all been fixing bugs, but the User Guide is pretty critical.  I've got a meeting tomorrow with our Japanese partner and the User's Guide is one of the topics of conversation.  Since they (like AlterPoint) are try to sell commercial support around ZipTie, they'd rather not have to field calls from users about how basic functionality works.  It's also not cool to just throw ZipTie at our user base and expect them to have all of the context that we do based on our working on it all the time.
