Multi-page reports are now fixed.

Additionally, the scheduling of report jobs is now possible.  Also, emailing of reports is now possible.  At this moment (ie. the time of this email) only PDF as attachment is working.  In order to email reports, you need to edit your osgi-config/mail/mail.properties file and supply a valid smtp server and possibly authentication information (depending on the configuration of your email server).  Please test both scheduling and emailing of reports, I will send another email when the HTML and "report as link" (rather than attachment) are working.
