[Dev] Dev v. Users Mailing List

I agree.  The dev list is really for people (like us) who are working with the code, not just using the product.  If the users@ list had 50 posts a day, I'd be stoked.

Today has been a noisy day on the Users mailing list and I'm concerned
that this kind of chatter would annoy normal user list subscribers.  I
do believe that the Users list was the correct place for the
conversation to start on but it seems like after a point it might make
sense to move conversations onto the Dev list.

Any thoughts?
