[Dev] 1 New Project (AdapterTool) , 2 Removed (ZDE)

Can somebody to a quick hack job on the Content Developer¹s Guide?  I¹d
rather have sparse documentation rather than inaccurate documentation for
the time being.  For example, DAR Japan just today asked about documentation
around creating an adapter.  While there is relavent information in the
Content guide, it¹s also filled with installing ZDE stuff and I don¹t even
want to go there given the communication gap.
