[Dev] 1 New Project (AdapterTool) , 2 Removed (ZDE)

I just checked in the new Adapter Tool and integrated it into the build.
You will need to checkout the new project "AdapterTool"

You may also remove org.ziptie.zde.feature and org.ziptie.zde as they 
have been obsoleted.

I'll be sending out an email once the documentation is flushed out for 
the new adapter tool.
