Installers can be found here:

http://www.ziptie.org/builds/ZipTie-2007.09-RC2/

Ubuntu install:
* Download and double-click .deb files and monitor terminal output in the UI
installer.
* At the end of the SERVER installation it will tell you what Perl modules
could not be installed by Ubuntu itself. These [probably two] modules will
have to be installed manually from the CPAN archive.
* If you don¹t know how to do this, reboot into Windows, you accidentally
started the wrong OS.
* The client installation will add a menu entry under Applications/Internet

Windows installs:
* For the server, install the Sun JDK first, Java 1.5 or newer.
* For the client, install either the JDK or the JRE, Java 1.5 or newer.
* Then double-click the ZipTie installers, they¹re magic.

Mac OS X:
* RC2 only has a client DMG.
* Open the DMG and drag the ZipTie Client to your applications folder.

Redhat install:
* Strongly recommend installing using Œsudo¹ rather than Œsu¹ or running as
root. We have seen failures running via Œsu¹, so please don¹t do it.
* Install the Sun JDK version 1.5 or newer.
* Ensure that /usr/bin/java is a symbolic link to the correct JDK location.
* Install the server RPM by specifying the Œ--nodeps¹ option, for example:
rpm i ‹nodeps <rpm file>
* Install any missing reported Perl modules.
* Start and stop the service by typing: /sbin/service ziptie-server start or
/sbin/service ziptie-server stop
