[Dev] 2007.09b build is ready

I have added a .deb package for both the client and server for use with Ubuntu.  I have also added a .dmg file for the client on Mac OS X.

I've copied 2007.09b to http://www.ziptie.org/builds/ZipTie-2007.09b/
I've also added this folder to our mirrors directory.

Dylan said he would build the deb package tonight.  Dylan, will you also 
build the dmg for Mac?

After these two packages are created, 'b' should be ready to be added to 
our downloads page.
