Thanks for pointing that out.  The must be missing a mime-type mapping in their server.  I'll send them an email.

The client and server .deb package links on the Georgia Tech Software Library mirror don't give you a 'Save As' pop-up, it just starts loading the file up like a text file. The .deb links on the other mirrors are fine.
