[Dev] Georgia Tech Mirror

I just closed a deal with Georgia Tech to act as a mirror for ZipTie.  This is a huge win for us as GA Tech is one of the largest mirrors in the country and has a serious amount of bandwidth.  This should make our domestic downloads much faster, rather than having to pull from Planet Mirror which is in Australia.

I will be keeping an eye on their repository to see when our content is mirrored so we can link to them on our page.
