[Dev] Backup failure logging

I made a logging change.  It is best summarized by the check-in message:

Logging changes to direct exceptions during backup into their own log --
ziptieAdapter.log.  We should probably consider directing adapter debugging
into this log as well. This same log split was done in AlterPoint
NetworkAuthority because at customers with large device counts sometimes
hundreds or even 1000+ backup failures are "expected" and "normal", but they
were causing the server log to roll prematurely and made finding real server
failures difficult.
