[Dev] 2007.09c adapters

Cool.

Just to make sure, can everybody (including the Isthmus guys) go through
the bugs
that they have fixed and make sure that their fixes are in both the 'c'
branch as well
as the head.

I just looked through the diffs and don't see anything important enough
to merge back into C.

Ryan,

For any changes that you are merging from the head - can you open a bug
please.
If there is already an existing bug, and it has been marked
verified/closed, can
you reopen it so that Danilo can verify/close that bug.

Sorry to be bureaucratic, but I want to make sure that everything goes
out well tested.
