[Dev] 2007.09c adapters

I guess I just want to make sure that defects that were fixed in adapters
are merged back, not necessarily new adapters. Some of our users have been
pulling adapters out of Fisheye and replacing their adapters. I¹d rather
just ensure that we have fixes merged back.

Ryan, if we want to merge fixes back, who would be the one to do this? I
can do it, and fairly quickly, but I can¹t promise not to have a slip of the
knife.
