[Dev] New bundles (projects)

org.ziptie.client.adapters
org.ziptie.server.dispatcher

These have been added to the ziptie alias.  Because of generated code within
the build now, you will need to run Œant server.dist¹ in the Build project
and refresh/rebuild in Eclipse to eliminate all error markers inside of
Eclipse.
