[Dev] Fun with Japanese ( 日本語)

Hehe, ok Windows without Japanese support installed looks goofy.  Square
boxes for all of the characters.  But it DOES work as expected at least ¡X if
you install the Japanese language off of the Windows CD (Control
Panel->Regional and Language Options) it should work.  I¡¦ll verify when I
get home.

I think MacOS X already has Japanese installed, but it could just be my box
and I don¡¦t remember checking a box explicitly.  Linux should have support
installed.

Note that actual users running with Japanese selected as their OS language
wouldn¡¦t need to specify anything, they can just double-click and start
ZipTie and it will work.
