[Dev] New IRC location

The ZipTie project applied and was accepted by freenode to host our IRC
channel.  Freenode.net is the primary IRC for open source projects.  Our
humble #ziptie channel is now in the company of the likes of #ubuntu,
#eclipse, #fedora, #docbook and 4000 other open source channels.

The new IRC connect information is:

Host: irc.freenode.net
Chan: #ziptie

I will be taking down our IRC channel hosted at ziptie.org in the next day
or two and updating the site to reflect the new location.
