The ZipTie team announces the immediate availability of
ZipTie 2007.12, the third major release of it's network
configuration and change management software.

ZipTie's device support is now better than any commercial
or open source network management software as it now
supports more than 35 different device types, and can be
easily extended to support newer device types.

What is new in ZipTie 2007.12 ?
 - Support for Change Automation via arbitrary command
   execution and scheduling. Command executions are also
   archived to enable easy auditing.

 - New device support like Alteon Load Balancers, Aruba
   Switches, Cisco Local Directors, etc.

 - Script tool scheduling enables end users to monitor
   various characteristics (e.g. Bandwidth utilization,
   CPU utilization) of their devices.

 - Support for PostgreSQL.

 - A Perl based web-service client for the ZipTie server
