[Dev] 2007.12 RC2 Announcement

I went ahead and updated the front page to announce the availability of Release Candidate 2.  I made minor edits to the "Overview" and "Datasheet" pages, but the Datasheet could use some 2007.12 specific screenshots.  Anyone with site privileges and feeling a touch more artistic (or at least verbose) should feel free to edit my changes.
