[Dev] winding down on the galileo release

Kartick,

I was taking it over with Brett and it looks like we should be able to get an RC for Galileo release by COB Monday.  This will include all the features outlined here in the Client/Server scoping minus the migration scripts.

Since I'll be out can you work with Leo to get that RC cut and posted to the web server by Tuesday AM?

Leo/Dylan, shoot me an email along the way if you run into any snags that would cause us not to be able to hit an RC COB monday.
