[Dev] ZipTie::Client and CPAN

Leo,
   Can we continue to dog the CPAN guys until we get joy on uploading our module?  I'd like to point bdunstan at the latest build and would like to be able to say just run "CPAN install ZipTie::Client" as well.  He's currently consuming the SOAP API "old school" with our example scripts.  It would be nice to get it up there so it can start percolating through the mirrors.
