Brett and Leo are maintaining it. I talked to Brett about this too and only the developers can set a target for a bug. When you report them, just put them on the lastest target, which right now is 2007.09+.

Who is maintaining this bugzilla. Is it just me that is unable to set a target for new bugs? Also, what is the version for this release in December? I do not see it as well.

How have we been handing the target release for new bugs? Do we want all new bugs to go into a 'triage' target so that we don't pollute the bug bucket for the releases?

Yeah, we've been letting new ones go into triage. Any developer willing to commit to fixing a bug in a given release can set the target. Or obviously if we all agree it needs to be fixed in a given release.
