[Dev] New bundle: org.ziptie.provider.credentials

There is yet another new bundle to check out from CVS:
 
org.ziptie.provider.credentials
 
This bundle provides support for creating, updating, and deleting
credential and protocol information used by ZipTie.  Currently there is
no client-side bundle to utilize this functionality, but there will be
one in the upcoming days.
 
By the way, if anyone has any suggestions for a name besides
"credentials" to describes a provider of both credentials AND protocols,
I'd be happy to hear it ;-)
