Please add the following project:

org.ziptie.provider.configstore

And delete the old one:

org.ziptie.server.configstore

This change reflects the fact that configstore is no longer a server-local
API and is now a SOAP API.  At a minimum the change impacted the Build,
org.ziptie.server.core.jobs, and org.ziptie.server.web projects.  As always,
you can¹t go wrong with a full update and clean build, which I recommend.
