[Builds] ziptie build.4115 Build Successful

Hey, not to knock this check-in, but I don't think it's correct.  We're sorting out the eclipse issues now, but bundles using non-AlterPoint created packages (eg. javax.servlet) should be picking up those packages through "import" not via direct bundle-dependency.  While this might fix eclipse for now, it is a fragile dependency.
